Crund Training ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
We collect: name, email address, learning objectives, experience level, IP address, device information, and cookie data when you use our website or enroll in training programs.
We process your data to: provide training services, communicate with you, improve our offerings, comply with legal obligations, and maintain security.
We process your data based on your consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your personal data. You may also withdraw consent and lodge complaints with the Data Protection Board of India.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law, typically not exceeding 7 years after the end of our relationship.
We may share data with service providers, payment processors, and technology vendors who assist in delivering our services. All processors are bound by data protection agreements.
If we transfer data outside India, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms under the DPDP Act.

By accessing or using Crund Training's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: unauthorized access, distribution of malware, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, and any violation of Indian law.
All content, materials, trademarks, and course materials provided by Crund Training are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
If applicable, payment for training services must be made according to the pricing and payment schedule communicated at enrollment. All fees are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will meet your requirements or be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Crund Training shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Under applicable consumer protection laws, you may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not substantially accessed the training content.
Refunds are available if: (a) enrollment is cancelled within the cooling-off period, (b) technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved, or (c) we cancel or materially change the training program.
Partial refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis if you withdraw mid-program, calculated based on completed modules less an administrative fee, subject to our assessment.
By enrolling and accessing digital training materials, you expressly agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that this may affect your right to cancel after content access begins.
Certain items are non-refundable including: fully completed courses, promotional discounts, third-party certification fees, and materials after the 14-day cooling-off period with substantial use.
To request a refund, email refunds@crund.training with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that method is unavailable, we may offer alternative arrangements such as bank transfer.
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may request a review or pursue dispute resolution through consumer forums in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
